Locating Univolt takes a bit of exploration as a Pal that's only discoverable in a relatively small part of its vast open-world map. That said, Univolt isn't the most challenging of Palworld's mounts to catch if you know where to look, making it an accessible choice for players in the early game stages, ideally once players reach approximately level 10 or higher.

Where to Find Univolt in Palworld

To find Univolt in Palworld, you'll want to head to the western side of the map near the fast travel point in the Deep Bamboo Thicke t. Here, small groups of Univolt roam the grassy meadows, and you can locate a few isolated ones with little trouble.

Once you catch Univolt, you can also check its core habitat locations by checking its habitat map in the Paldeck, with Univolt number 56 on the list. The habitat maps also show that Univolt is found in the same western area during the day and night hours. It is also possible to hatch Univolt from a Large Electric Egg.

How to Catch Univolt in Palworld

To catch Univolt, you'll want to equip a fairly decent weapon of choice, such as the Three-shot Bow. It's easier to attack Univolt from a distance rather than swiping it up close with a melee weapon, as Univolt has some powerful electrical and projectile-style attacks. However, providing you avoid these with neat dodge roll or flip, it shouldn't be too tricky to catch Univolt.

You could also deploy your Pal of choice to help weaken Univolt's health before capturing it with one of Palworld's Pal Spheres. A standard Pal Sphere should be enough to catch Univolt. Otherwise, you're next best bet is a Mega Sphere. If you accidentally kill Univolt, it may drop Leather, Horns, or Electric Organs as possible loot drops.

Univolt Stats and Skills in Palworld

Univolt is one of Palworld's electric Pals, making it ideal for generating electricity or inflicting electric attacks on enemies. It's also a Level 1 Lumbering Pal for harvesting wood and can generate electricity at Level 2. It also possesses the following Active Skills, including an empty skill slot:

Shockwave - shocks surrounding enemies with electricity,
Spark Blast - releases an expanding lightning ball with 30 power.

It's also worth noting that dishing out attacks while riding Univolt also inflicts electrical damage to your attacks, making it a handy mount to keep around.
