Getting Fiber in Palworld

Like many other materials in this game, the world provides them in abundance as long as players know where to look. For starters, an excellent source of Fiber is the many trees found strewn across the land. Equipping your best axe and chopping down plenty of trees will undoubtedly generate a large amount of Fiber, ready to be used in any activity that requires it.

As a base gets more advanced, players will also gain access to the Crusher. A piece of equipment that can be used to recycle materials Fiber can be obtained by sacrificing Wood, so for those with too much Wood lying around, it can be turned into Fiber easily.

The right Pals can also provide Fiber, so capturing or defeating them will reward players with that particular resource. Two Pals that will drop Fiber are Hoocrates and Hangyu, so be sure to look out for them if you ever need the resource.

Using Fiber in Palworld

With Fiber hopefully overflowing in your inventory, their use will come to the fore when looking to craft a key base item. The starting beds, both for the player as well as the Pals, require Fiber to be created, so make sure you have enough Straw Pal Beds and a Shoddy Bed to rest up.

Furthermore, Fiber is one of the key ingredients that can be used to craft basic Shields, Bows, and even a Pengullet Training Dummy, making it all the more important at the starting stages of the game.
