Ice Pals can provide players with a better experience when selling items through the Flea Market or battling opponents, but they're still not in that position where they can be seen as something to be heavily prioritized. Palworld' s roadmap could paint a bright picture for the element and give it the chance to become one of the best options to pick, but only if Pocketpair sees the potential it brings to the game's multiplayer and solo gameplay.
