Palworld's Pals aren't just companions used in battles and while exploring the Palpagos Islands. Some Pals distinguish themselves by being able to use weapons such as rifles and rocket launchers. All Pals are suited to different jobs such as watering, gathering, and mining. As such, Pals are important not just because of their power in combat, but because of what tasks they can perform, greatly aiding player progression. To expand Palworld's Paldeck, one player suggested adding a new creature, explaining how it could benefit the game's community.

Reddit user AetherBytes has created a petition asking to add Chillet Ignis to Palworld. The player shared the link to the petition on Change.org, explaining why the Pal they created would be a good addition. According to them, there is a lack of small Pals with Kindling power. Because of this, Palworld players have to resort to Pals that are too big for some spaces, which leaves them stuck on roofs or walls, preventing them from completing their tasks. With the addition of Chillet Ignis, Palworld would expand the Dragon-type Pals registry by giving players a fire dragon, something they don't see until the endgame.

Player Requests Addition of Secondary Version of Chillet in Palworld

The petition created by the OP came after the positive reception from the Palworld community to their creation of the Pal called Chillet Ignis. Nicknamed "Grillet," it would be a secondary version of Chillet, the Ice/Dragon-type and a fan-favorite Pal. They suggest that Grillet could have a level 2 or 3 Kindling ability instead of the Gathering and Cooling abilities. With this, players would have a medium-sized Pal that could fit into smaller spaces, avoiding headaches. Additionally, players could have a decent creature focused on Kindling, at a point where furnaces and Palworld's ore ingots are a big factor in player progression.

While the AetherBytes petition asks for the addition of Grillet to Palworld, eagle-eyed players have already spotted that there are Pals that Palworld has yet to add to the game. With the developers promising to support the game through periodic updates, the expectation is that Palworld will expand the Paldeck's base registry in the coming months with new creatures.
