Palworld’s Home Sweet Home update (version v0.7.0) launched on December 17, 2025. The Home Sweet Home update brings a highly anticipated crossover with the retro first-person shooter ULTRAKILL, effectively extending the endgame for all Palword players.
One of the most exciting additions in this update is the introduction of four new legendary schematics, featuring two armor sets and two advanced weapons inspired by ULTRAKILL’s signature aesthetic and characters. This guide explains exactly how to unlock, purchase, and craft each of the new legendary items added to Palworld with the Home Sweet Home update.
Palworld: How To Set Up A Gold Farm
Making a gold farm in Palworld can ensure players always have enough gold coins, but it can severely deplete a Pal's SAN without the right strategy.
All New Legendary Weapon and Armor Schematics in Palworld’s Home Sweet Home Update
The Home Sweet Home update introduces four new legendary schematics tied to the ULTRAKILL collaboration:
|
Item |
Vendor |
Currency Required |
|---|---|---|
|
Legendary V1 Armor |
Medal Merchant (Dog Coin Vendor) |
780 Dog Coins |
|
Legendary V2 Armor |
Medal Merchant (Dog Coin Vendor) |
780 Dog Coins |
|
Legendary Marksman Revolver |
Arena Vendor |
1,300 Battle Tickets |
|
Legendary Core Eject Shotgun |
Arena Vendor |
1,300 Battle Tickets |
These schematics differ from most legendary schematics in Palworld. Unlike traditional schematics obtained via exploration or defeating Alpha Bosses, these legendary variants are exclusively purchased from specific vendors using new end-game currencies called Dog Coins and Battle Tickets.
How to Unlock Legendary Weapon and Armor Schematics in Palworld’s Home Sweet Home Update
Before the legendary versions become available, players must first unlock the standard versions through the Technology tree:
- V1 Armor and Marksman Revolver: Unlock at Technology Level 32
- V2 Armor and Core Eject Shotgun: Unlock at Technology Level 56
These technology unlocks let you craft the basic versions at your base workbenches, but they do not grant access to the legendary schematics themselves. You must visit specific vendors and use the required currencies to buy the legendary variants. The following sections cover where you can find these vendors:
Medal Merchant
The Medal Merchant is the NPC that sells the Legendary Armor schematics. He can spawn in several world locations, but the most reliable and commonly cited spawn point is at the Desolate Church. While he may rotate or respawn, players have found this church site to consistently host him once he appears.
When interacting with the merchant, you will find both V1 Legendary Armor and V2 Legendary Armor in his inventory once you have unlocked their standard variants through the tech tree.
Arena Vendor
The Arena Vendor is located at the Arena Entrance, which you can find on the far eastern edge of the map. This NPC accepts Battle Tickets in exchange for schematics and other items. You must earn your tickets by entering and winning arena battles before returning to the vendor to purchase weapons schematics.

How to Craft Legendary Weapon and Armor Schematics in Palworld’s Home Sweet Home Update
After purchasing the schematic, players have to return to their base and craft the item using an Advanced Weapon Assembly Line and Production Assembly Line II. Legendary items require a larger amount of crafting materials compared to their standard counterparts, including some late-game resources.
Once crafting is complete, the legendary item can be equipped immediately. Here is what you need to craft each of the Legendary Weapons and Armors in Palworld’s Home Sweet Home Update:

How to Farm Dog Coins in Palworld
Dog Coins are a unique currency in Palworld used to purchase rare items, including the legendary armor schematics, from Medal Merchants. They do not function like standard gold and instead have to be earned through specific world activities.
One of the most reliable methods is defeating Mimogs, deceptive chest-like Pals scattered across Palpagos Islands. They usually run away when approached, but successfully defeating or capturing them drops Dog Coins as loot. As such, Mimogs are one of the most rewarding targets for farming. Human enemies, like Syndicate Thugs, can also drop Dog Coins sometimes.
In addition to Mimogs, players can collect Dog Coins by looting scrap or junk piles and opening treasure chests found throughout the world and in dungeons. These sources drop random amounts of Dog Coins, which add up over time.
How to Get More Battle Tickets in Palworld
Battle Tickets are a reward currency earned exclusively through the Arena system in Palworld. These tickets allow players to trade for high-tier items, including weapon schematics, implants, and other rare rewards, through the Arena Merchant located just outside the Arena entrance.
The main way to get more tickets is by participating in Solo Challenges within the Arena. In these modes, players face off against NPC trainers and their Pals in structured battles. When you successfully complete a Solo Challenge, especially for the first time at a given difficulty tier, you receive a decent number of Battle Tickets as a reward.
After the first clear, you can replay these challenges to farm additional tickets, though repeat rewards tend to be smaller compared to first-time completion bonuses (e.g., first-time Master rank gives 100 tickets, repeats give 10-20).
Arena Challenge difficulties range from lower ranks, like Bronze and Silver, up to Master Rank. So, if you want to get more Battle Tickets, it’s a good idea to repeatedly clear lower-rank challenges for consistent rewards.
Since Dog Coins and Battle Tickets require different playstyles (exploration and combat, respectively), it’s a good idea to farm Dog Coins through Mimogs and strongholds while you practice Arena matches to level up and earn Battle Tickets simultaneously.
