Fleshpierce is one of the best Tame Beast and Bind Spectre targets available in the campaign of Path of Exile 2, functioning mainly as a support minion to buff the player and their spectre army. It appears alongside Bloodgulp, another great potential beast companion.

Where to Find Fleshpierce in Path of Exile 2
Fleshpierce Spawn Location
Fleshpierce can be found in The Khari Crossing in the Interludes of the campaign of Path of Exile 2. A trader named Torbik sets up shop in the middle of the Khari Crossing, right next to a checkpoint and small clearing; Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp both spawn directly in front of this shop.
Since maps in PoE 2 are randomly generated every time players enter a new instance, providing exact directions to a certain area or point of interest is not possible. In this case, however, there is a trick to easily find Fleshpierce’s spawn location almost instantly after entering The Khari Crossing map.
From our testing, it appears that Torbik’s shop, and by extension Fleshpierce’s spawn location, is always directly northeast of where you first enter The Khari Crossing from the Bazaar entrance. Simply heading northeast after entering the Crossing will lead you to the area where both of these monsters are located.
How to Farm Fleshpierce for Bind Spectre and Tame Beast
Fleshpierce Farming Method
After you locate the clearing where Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp are located, the rest is simple.
- Activate the nearby checkpoint.
- Check if either Fleshpierce or Bloodgulp has the modifiers you want.
- If they do, capture them with Tame Beast or Bind Spectre.
- If they don’t, pause the game and click on “Respawn at Checkpoint.”
- Repeat this process until you obtain the desired modifiers.
After you use “Respawn at Checkpoint,” all monsters in the area will remain non-hostile as long as you don’t move. And since both Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp spawn directly on top of you, you can easily check their modifiers without having to actually fight.
