Hand of Wisdom and Action is a Unique Glove that is a possible drop for defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the endgame pinnacle Breach boss. Xesht can be encountered inside the Twisted Domain, which can be accessed via the Realmgate on the Atlas by using a Breachstone.

The Realmgate can be found right next to the starting location on the Atlas, where players begin their mapping journey. Click on the home icon on the Atlas to focus the camera on this location.

HoWA can also be obtained on the Path of Exile 2 official trading website, though this can be very expensive as even the worst rolled HoWA can go for multiple divines.

How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2

There are two ways of obtaining a Breachstone in PoE 2:

  • Combine 300 Breach Splinter : Breach Splinters can be obtained by farming Breach map nodes in the Atlas in PoE 2. They are relatively common drops, but obtaining 300 of them requires clearing dozens of Breaches. Once obtained, simply place them in a single stack to create a Breachstone.
  • Using the Currency Exchange: Both Breach Splinters and Breachstones can be purchased from the in-game Currency Exchange by talking to Alva and placing an order at the appropriate price. The going rate for a Breachstone is around 50-60 Exalted Orb, but this can fluctuate depending on market conditions.

The perfect rolls for a Hand of Wisdom and Action in PoE 2 are at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage Per 10 Intelligence and two rune Socket slots. This result can only be achieved if a Vaal Orb is used on a HoWA.

Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action

No, you cannot. Hand of Wisdom and Action is a limited drop from Xesht, We That Are One, and is not part of the regular loot table, unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln. This means you cannot use an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to take a gamble on possibly acquiring it.
