How to Get Dialla's Desire in Path of Exile 2
Dialla's Desire is a Lineage Support Gem that can drop from Level 52 and above enemies in the campaign and endgame of Path of Exile 2. Unlike Lineage Gems like Rakiata’s Flow, Dialla's Desire is a part of the global drop pool, which means it is possible to get this item from any enemy provided they meet the minimum level requirement.
However, as is the case with items like 
Astramentis or the 
Headhunter, the drop rate for this item is extremely low, making it one of the rarest items to get in a regular playthrough.
Like all Lineage Support Gems, Dialla's Desire cannot be engraved using an Uncut Support Gem.
Players can also look to purchase a Dialla's Desire from the Currency Exchange by looking in the "Gems" tab. Although its price fluctuates with the meta, it rarely drops below 10

Due to the level requirement of 65, Dialla's Desire cannot be equipped during Path of Exile 2's campaign, even though it is possible to get this item as a natural drop before reaching this level.
Dialla's Desire is a Lineage Support Gem that provides the following effects when equipped in the Support Gem slot of a compatible Skill:
Supports any Skill which has levels, increasing the level and Quality, while reducing the cost and Reservation
- +1 to Level of Supported Skill Gems
- +10% to Quality of Supported Skills
- Cost reduced by 10%
- Reservation reduced by 10%
In addition to increasing a Skill's level and Quality, Dialla's Desire also reduces the cost of casting a Skill by 10% and reduces the Spirit Reservation for that Skill by 10% as well (if applicable). This Support works with Meta Gems as well, reducing their Energy cost by 10%.
Dialla's Desire can be equipped as a Support Gem in Ascendancy Skills like Elemental Expression, and is of the only ways to increase these Skills' quality, alongside the Fox Talisman and the Cunning Fox Notable in the passive tree.
Only one copy of a Dialla's Desire can be equipped across all Skills on a given character in Path of Exile 2. This is a hard limitation that cannot be bypassed.
