How To Get the Daredevil Badge in PEAK

To get the Daredevil Badge, you need to use a Scout Cannon to launch yourself or your friend across the Mesa Canyon.

First things first, you need to find a Scout Cannon in PEAK. Scout Cannons are usually found in luggage, most commonly in white suitcases scattered across the map. They weigh 15 units, so they’re heavy, but thankfully, they’re reusable, so your party only needs to carry one.

The person carrying the Scout Cannon can also carry some Balloons to help with mobility and soften landings.

How to Shoot Across the Mesa Canyon in PEAK

When you’re in the Mesa biome in PEAK, you’ll eventually reach a huge canyon before the main vertical climb. You could climb down and up, but using the cannon is faster (and way more fun). Place the Scout Cannon, so the blue arrow outline is pointing toward a safe landing spot across the canyon. The closer you get to the middle of the cannon, the better your launch will be.

When the Scout Cannon is all set, have your teammate climb into the cannon. Next, light the fuse from the back and watch as they get blasted across the canyon and (hopefully) land safely. Once your friend makes it to the other side, you’ll earn the Daredevil Badge.

If the cannon is off-center, your friend could slam into a wall instead of flying over. As such, aim carefully.

If you’re playing PEAK solo and want the Daredevil badge, you’ll have to shoot yourself across the Mesa Canyon. To do so, light the fuse at the back, then quickly run to the front and get into the cannon before it fires. When the cannon goes off, you’ll soar across the canyon and, upon your landing, you’ll get the Daredevil Badge.
