Although Elizabeth is a character that will lead you through your visits to the Velvet Room in Persona 3 Reload, you'll also be given the chance to battle her in Tartarus. This is an optional battle and requires particular prerequisites to even be able to take her on.
If you choose to battle Elizabeth, you'll need to be aware of the fact that she is by far the most difficult enemy you'll fight in Persona 3 Reload. However, if you come prepared with the right equipment and Personas, you'll be much more likely to win and gain your rewards.

Matador is a Persona of the Strength Arcana, and you're going to need to fuse him if you want to complete the compendium in Persona 3 Reload.
How to Battle Elizabeth in Persona 3 Reload
Before you can take Elizabeth on, you'll need to fulfill a massive requirement: complete all of Elizabeth's requests. There are 100 in total, and they begin on May 10th. The first request will be "Bring me a Muscle Drink", which can be found at Aohige Pharmacy.
The final request will be "Bring me a Bloody Button", an item that is specifically obtained after defeating the Reaper in Tartarus. Similar to Elizabeth, this boss is incredibly difficult, and will only appear after you have stayed on the same floor in Tartarus for an extended period of time. You'll need to make sure you are above Floor 62 for the Reaper to appear.
After you've obtained the Bloody Button, return to Elizabeth in the Velvet Room and present the item to her. She will then inform you that you can now battle her in Tartarus. You can find her at the very last Monad Passage, on Floor 255. Approach the Monad Passage and enter inside, where you'll find Elizabeth at the very end as the last boss.

How to Prepare For Elizabeth in Persona 3 Reload
As previously stated, Elizabeth will be the most difficult boss you fight in Persona 3 Reload. You'll need to come prepared with the best equipment possible. You'll also need to follow a few sets of rules to complete the battle successfully:
- Complete the battle without reaching 50 turns.
- Avoid using Armageddon early on in the battle.
- You cannot Block, Drain, or Repel her attacks.
Elizabeth will use Alice, Nebiros, Masakado, Metatron, Jack Frost, Thor, Cu Chulainn, and Surt. If you block any of her attacks, she will use Magidolaon, which will result in immediate death. You'll need to make sure you bring along some Personas that resist only a few attacks or can withstand this, such as:
- Helel
- Orpheus Telos
- Persona with Enduring Soul skill (Messiah, Thanatos, Hell Biker, etc.)
Orpheus Telos will be the most important one to have in your arsenal, due to the fact that he can resist all attacks. Along with these Personas, you'll want to have the following armor and weapons equipped:
- Weapon: Lucifer's Blade (All stats +7, +Magic Ability), Excalibur (+100 SP)
- Armor: Armor of Light (Reduce Magic DMG), Eternal Plate (Reduce Physical DMG)
- Accessory: Shoes of Bane (Null Dark Instakill), Book of Enoch (High Magic Evasion), Incense Box (Insta-Heal), Divine Pillar (Halves damage but prevents you from evading attacks)
Most of these items can be made at Mayoido Antiques in Paulownia Mall. They will make it much easier for you to stay alive on the battlefield against Elizabeth, especially since a lot of her attacks can instakill you if you aren't properly prepared.
It is also important to first gain the ability to use the Theurgy skill, Armageddon. This will unlock after you've fused both Satan and Helel. The skill will completely destroy your opponent, with 9,999 damage.

How to Beat Elizabeth in Persona 3 Reload
Now that you have all the best Personas and items, you'll need to begin your battle with Elizabeth. There are three phases, with each resulting in different attacks and methods.
Elizabeth Phase One
In the first phase, Elizabeth will summon each of her Personas that will use their attacks twice. You'll need to be aware of each of her Persona's resistances, so you can avoid using these attacks on them. Make sure to buff your team's abilities to get more damage, which can be done when Elizabeth summons Masakado, which has a null resistance to every attack type. The first phase will end once you drop her HP from 20,000 to 13,000.
Elizabeth Phase Two
In the second phase, you'll need to drop her health from 13,000 HP to 10,000 HP within 3 turns, or she will cast Megidolaon on you. This section will be especially difficult, so you'll want to make sure to equip a Persona with Enduring Soul, such as Messiah or Hell Biker, during this portion to survive the attack.
Elizabeth Phase Three
After surviving the second phase, Elizabeth will completely heal herself to 20,000 HP. Again, she will cast Megidolaon once you get her back down to 10,000 HP. Make sure to have your Persona with Enduring Soul ready to protect yourself from completely falling in battle. After this attack, you'll just need to continue to reduce her HP, and eventually use Armageddon to finish her off. Upon successful completion, Elizabeth will provide you with the Omnipotent Orb, an item that prevents all types of damage.
