To start Treasure Tail Yongen-Jaya in Persona 5: The Phantom X players must have completed the first of these Treasure Hunt Quests: Treasure Tail Zoshigaya. After that, they will receive a notification whenever a new Orange Tabby Treasure Hunt is available in their Mission Menu (J in PC).
First Orange Tabby Treasure Location

From the third treasure location, move down the street in the direction of the Orange Tabby's location, then turn to the right and dive into the alley to spot 2 NPCs talking to each other. Fifth Orange Tabby Treasure Location
Turn back to the main street from the location of the fourth treasure, then head to the opposite alley. Head back to the cat and give him the food to recover the fifth Orange Tabby Treasure.
