All Phanter Skills & Passives in Persona 5 The Phantom X
Ann is one of the most powerful Phantom Thieves in Persona 5: The Phantom X, and a Sweeper: and AoE specialized damage dealer that can nuke entire enemy teams and cause the Burning Ailment on them.
Panther Awareness skill is Passion, which causes Ann to gain 1 Stack each time she deals Fire Damage with Skills. When reaching 4 Stacks of Passion, Ann gains La Vie en Rose, which increases Ann's total Attack by 30% (40% at level 50, and 50% at level 70) for 1 turn, and triggers other powerful effects from Ann's attacks during combat.

Best Panther Weapons In Persona 5 The Phantom X
Rosethorn is the preferred weapon for Panther, which players should aim to get using the Weapon Contracts Gacha, though it's really difficult to get one since the RNG doesn't always work in their favor. The important detail about this weapon is its Pyre of Love effect, which increases Fire damage by 24.2%. When 'La Vie En Rose' is active, it inflicts Burn on 1 random foe. Increases Fire damage by 25.5% for each foe suffering from the Burning status ailment, up to a maximum of 76%. Players can also obtain Rosethorn by completing Lufel's Business Plan II (steps 1 to 7) which grants a 5-Star Weapon Pick up box.
Masquerade Ribbon is another good alternative, but it's a 4-Star weapon, so its benefits are inferior to Rosethorn. Best Panther Team Composition in P5X
As mentioned before, the ideal team for Panther in P5X includes Wonder with Fire Damage boosting Personas like Lamia, Hell Biker, and Queen Mab. Pairing this with Key, whose main job will be to apply a constant Burning effect on the enemy team, boosting Ann's Passives and damage over Burning Foes. Adding Okyann to the team as an Elucidator (a non-attacker supporter that grants buffs to the team every few turns).
Key's Chosen One Passive ability grants a stack of Fire Damage buff to the whole party each time he causes Burning on the enemy team. Each Burning enemy grants a certain number of Chosen One stacks, depending on the attack Key uses. Crimson Summon is the most effective one, since it deals damage to all foes, and also causes burning to the whole enemy team, guaranteeing at least 1 stack of Chosen One per turn.
If players want to go full offensive, they should pick Leo Kamiyama as their main supporter, since he has a kit that overbuffs and generates shield on a designated Partner during combat, in exchange for chipping away a percentage of the ally's health. This is a high-risk/high-reward strategy, which maximizes Panther's damage and takes it over the charts, empowering critical hits by up to 30%.
Kamiyama's risky buff grants a shield based on his overall damage, by taking 30% of the target's health in exchange for an 80%+Leo's total damage percentage. If this shield survives up to the next turn, the buffed party member receives healing equal to 100% of the Shield's value, plus the Power of Friendship buff, and an extra damage buff. This can make Ann's attack not only excell in overall damage, but also boost her critical power, creating an excellent synergy.
