Each of Persona 5 Tactica's quests offers a challenge, intended to test the player's knowledge of the game's mechanics and ability to analyze the battlefield. Several quests, including quest 9, require players to defeat every foe on the battlefield in a single turn. Quest 9 is unlocked during the second Kingdom and tasks players with eliminating a group of foes on a narrow street map, with only one turn to do so.
This Persona 5 Tactica quest begins with Erina asking for help, having misplaced an item of importance to her. Despite her vague description, the group sets out to find it. After running into enemies while searching, the battle begins.

Recovering a Lost Treasure
For this method, players should deploy Ann, Makoto, and Haru. Makoto should have "Follow-Up+" and "Mafrei" unlocked on her skill tree for this quest. When the battle begins, players should move Haru down the ladder nearby and launch the exposed enemy down to ground level with a melee attack, bonking another enemy on the head and gaining 'one more.'
Use this momentum to scale the other ladder nearby and then drop down to reach the other exposed enemy on this side. Smack them down to ground level too and get another 'one more.'
Ann should move next, leaping across to the next rooftop and smacking the enemy in cover down onto the ground, triggering a Follow-Up from Haru and getting Ann a 'one more.' Use this momentum to move Ann into position by the boxes at the far side of the map, then switch over to Haru.
With Ann in position (image 1 above), Haru can head up the ladder to the final enemy in cover on her side. Smash it down to the ground to trigger a Follow-Up from Ann. Move Haru back down the ladder to get a better angle for later, and then it's finally time for Makoto to move.
Move Makoto up close to the cluster of enemies and use Mafrei to gather them together and get a 'one more.' Use this to move further back and take a shot at the exposed enemy nearby.
Finish up Makoto's moves by performing a Triple-Threat to eliminate a ton of enemies, then swap to Ann and perform another Triple-Threat. This will leave a single enemy with low health. Move Haru over to snipe them with her Grenade Launcher and finish them off, clearing the quest.
