Persona 5: The Phantom X launched with a bunch of content, including multiple Palaces, social links to grind, and areas to explore, but even more content is coming soon. The Persona 5: The Phantom X roadmap details upcoming story expansions, events, Synergies, and more.
P5X's update schedule is much faster-paced than other gacha games, so players can expect to see a new major update every few weeks. Not every update will include story expansions or new Palaces, but there are a ton of events, Synergy stories, and city life updates slated for the next few months. Here's what you can expect from Persona 5: The Phantom X after launch.

Persona 5: The Phantom X Roadmap and Update Schedule
Persona 5: The Phantom X launched with the first two chapters of the main story, the first phase of the Persona 5 crossover event, and quite a few Synergies. The next few updates are close at hand, however.
Version 1.1
Version 1.1 is slated for the first half of July 2025. This patch will conclude the second chapter of the main story and add new tasks to Lufel's Business Plan — beginner quests that reward players with Personas and other valuable materials as they learn the game's mechanics. New content will be added related to the city's metro line, and new side quests and Synergy scenes are coming alongside everything else.
Version 1.2
Version 1.2 of Persona 5: The Phantom X is scheduled for late July 2025. This update will bring the second part of the Persona 5 crossover event in addition to another new mini event that will be revealed at a later date. This is a smaller update compared to version 1.1, so there's no new story content. There aren't any new Synergy updates in this patch, either.
Version 1.3
P5X version 1.3 will be released at the beginning of August 2025. The Persona 5 event will get new content in this update, and another mini event will be added as well. This update also includes new Synergy scenes, new side quests, and updates to city life.
Version 1.4
After that, version 1.4 of Persona 5: The Phantom X is planned for release sometime in August 2025. A new battle event is coming with this update alongside new training content. Just like version 1.3, this update also adds new Synergy content, side quests, and city improvements.
Version 2.0
The final update that the P5X roadmap mentions is version 2.0. As the numbering suggests, this is a huge patch with a ton of new content. It'll likely be released in the first half of September 2025. You can expect to see the third chapter of the main story, a map expansion with the new Kichijoji area, new events, and new quests. A bunch of new city activities will be added alongside Kichijoji as well.
Of course, new Phantom Thieves will be added to Persona 5: The Phantom X as these updates are released as well. Nothing is set in stone just yet, but the Persona 5: The Phantom X banner schedule will likely follow the same schedule as the game's overseas version.
