  • Sony refreshes PS Plus catalog monthly, announcing the removal of 14 games in November 2024.

  • Departing indie games include Blasphemous and Moving Out, while other titles like Chorus and Overcooked 2 are also leaving.

Sony has announced that 18 games will be leaving the PlayStation Plus catalog on November 18. Some of the most popular games that will no longer be available in the PlayStation Plus catalog include Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas The Definitive Edition, and The Sims 4: City Living.

PlayStation Plus' game rotation system is a normal part of the service. Each month, Sony refreshes the catalog with new games, offering players a variety of titles to download and enjoy. However, once a game is removed from the PS Plus library, it can't be accessed again unless it was claimed beforehand. If players download a game while it’s available, they can keep playing it as long as their subscription is active. The monthly rotation aims to keep the content fresh and encourages players to try out different genres and games they might not have considered otherwise.

Every Monthly Game Added To PS Plus

New monthly PlayStation Plus games! Sony is always adding goodies to its subscription service. The January 2026 Extra games have been revealed.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was added to the PS Plus catalog in May and is perhaps the biggest loss for subscribers this month. Considered by many as one of the best open-world games ever, fans of deep, story-driven games will definitely feel its absence. GTA: San Andreas The Definitive Edition, the remastered version of the 2004 classic featuring updated graphics, better lighting, and improved textures, is also departing from both PS4 and PS5 libraries. Another notable departure is The Sims 4: City Living. This expansion lets players dive into city life, with apartments, festivals, and urban challenges.

The November rotation will also see the departure of some popular indie games. Blasphemous, a dark action-platformer known for its tough combat and eerie, religiously inspired setting, is one of them. Fans of co-op fun will also be disappointed to see Moving Out go, a game where players tackled chaotic, physics-based furniture-moving missions that often lead to hilariously messy situations. Another indie game leaving is the narrative-driven What Remains of Edith Finch, an experience where players explore a family home filled with memories and secrets.

In addition to these, a variety of other titles will also be leaving, including Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS. Maxiboost ON, Superliminal, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series, Teardown, Chorus, and Overcooked 2. As November approaches, PlayStation Plus subscribers will need to act fast if they want to enjoy some of these games.
