Thankfully, fans will be able to get their hands on White and Black Kyurem before too long.

Pokemon GO seemingly reveals upcoming limited-time Max Battles featuring three of Kanto's most popular and beloved Legendary Pokemon.
In a new tweet, Niantic revealed that the two legendary Pokemon will be debuting in Pokemon GO in the future. As part of the GO Tour: Unova event in Pokemon GO, the developers are finally adding White and Black Kyurem to the game. The event focuses on the Unova region, which was featured in Pokemon Black and White, so the debut of Kyurem shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to fans. Players will be able to find Black and White Kyurem in raids, and they will also have a chance to catch the shiny variant of the Pokemon. The global GO Tour: Unova event will take place on March 1 and 2 between 10 AM and 6 PM local time.
Black and White Kyurem Are Coming to Pokemon GO
Just like the Necrozma fusion in Pokemon GO last year, players will be able to do something similar with Kyurem as well. Black Kyurem can be fused with Zekrom using 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy. Likewise, White Kyurem can be fused with Reshiram using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy. The fused form will continue until players separate the creatures, and this separation will be free. The energy required can be obtained by defeating Kyurem in raids.
The fused forms will have new attacks as well. While Black Kyurem's fusion will know Freeze Shock, fused White Kyurem will know Ice Burn. Additionally, players will also be able to get some special backgrounds as part of the event. There will be two special backgrounds available in the game, inspired by Pokemon Black and White. If players fuse a Black Kyurem with Zekrom or a White Kyurem with Reshiram, they will unlock the two backgrounds, with another unique background available for those who unlock both. With the GO Tour: Unova event in Pokemon GO just a few weeks away, fans will be able to get their hands on all the new content soon.
