The Dazzling Dream event offers two distinct Collection Challenges, and completing each offers a different amount of XP, Stardust, and two guaranteed Carbink encounters. There is a regular Collection Challenge asking players to collect several featured Pokemon, and another Collection Challenge focused on hatching monsters through Pokemon GO Eggs.

Most of these monsters are available as wild spawns, and by hatching 7 KM Eggs, one can also get them as Research quest encounters. The Dazzling Dream Timed Research and Field Research quest offers encounters with some featured monsters and multiple in-game items. In addition to the Research quests, the Collection Challenges are a great way to farm Stardust and XP in Pokemon GO. In addition, the event bonuses offer double the Stardust for catching and hatching different Pokemon.
