Pokemon GO has revealed that Dynamax Duraludon will debut in an event starting on September 30. After years of waiting, Pokemon GO introduced the highly anticipated Dynamax and Gigantamax forms during Max Out Season, further increasing the number of critters for players to add to their collections.
Duraludon is a Pokemon with a dinosaur-esque design and a body made of powerful, resistant metal. To evolve, the Gen 8 monster must be exposed to a hunk of Metal Alloy, turning into Archaludon, a strangely designed Pokemon that looks like a bridge combined with a stapler. While Pokemon GO features several pocket monsters from the Gen 8 games, such as Falinks, Eternatus, and Morpeko, Duraludon was notably absent. Now, Duraludon is on its way to the augmented reality game.
