You must first get a Hero of Many Battles Zacian and transform it into a Crowned Sword Zacian in Pokemon GO. Those who win the 5-Star Zacian Raids get a guaranteed Hero of Many Battles Zacian encounters. The Hero of Many Battles Zacian must possess Iron Head, which is possible by using Charge TM. Once you teach Zacian the Charged Attack Iron Head by using Charged TM, you must feed it 1,000 Crowned Sword Energy. Doing so will transform your Zacian into a Crowned Sword Zacian.
When Zacian changes to Crowned Sword Zacian, its Charged Attack Iron Head is replaced with Behemoth Blade.

In other regions, Pokemon GO trainers can get the energy by winning Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta Raids or by completing the GO Fest 2025: Global ticketed Special Research.
After changing Zacian or Zamazenta’s form once, you can switch forms freely without using energy. While in Crowned form, they can’t be traded or transferred to Pokemon HOME.
