With the arrival of the Max Out Season, a series of new additions have been added to the game, such as the Galar starter Pokemon lines, and Dynamax Pokemon, which can be encountered through Max Battles. One of the first events in which players can witness these new arrivals is the Go Big event, taking place throughout September. Pokemon GO: All Bonuses & Max Battle Encounters in the Go Big Event

As part of the Max Out Season, the Go Big event is taking place between September 10, 2024, at 10 AM local time, and September 15, at 8 PM local time. During this period, there will be a series of event bonuses that players can take advantage of.

Aside from the handy event bonuses, there are also several Pokemon available to encounter in Dynamax form through Max Battles. This is the first series of Dynamax Pokemon made available in the game, so this event is the perfect opportunity to obtain them as soon as possible, as well as evolve and/or prepare them for future battles.

To encounter Pokemon through Max Battles, players must discover Power Spots, which are interactive objectives - similar to Gyms and Pokestops. The spawn locations for Power Spots change every so often, so players will need to keep this in mind while they are out and about on their search.
