Depending on the Pokemon players are looking for, the method to get them varies. While some Pokemon can be obtained via the Pokemon GO Halloween Timed Research, others are exclusive to the Costume Party Premium Timed Research. These acquisition methods are only for Part 1 of the event, and players will likely be able to get them through a few more methods during the second part of the Halloween event in Pokemon GO. Additionally, both the Morpeko Onesie and Costume Party Research are not free, and players will need to buy a ticket for those for $5 and $2 respectively.
