As of the time of writing, the second part of Pokemon GO's 2025 Halloween Event has begun. It started at 10 am local time and will conclude on November 2 at 8 pm. This means you'll have a little less than a week to catch yourself some adorable event-themed costumed Pokemon, such as Noibat wearing a headband and Teddiursa wearing a witch hat.

There are some classic costumed Pokemon showing up to the event as increased spawns (more info on that below). Still, there are five new debuts for costumed Pokemon, which are the ones in the table below: Teddiursa, Ursaring, Noibat, Noivern, and Ursaluna.

Pokemon GO Halloween Event Part 2 Spawns and Raids
Spooky Season
One of the event bonuses you can take advantage of right now is the increased chance to encounter Shiny costumed Pokemon in raids. However, on Halloween day, costumed Pokemon will carry Rare Candy when caught with Nice Throws or better during encounters.

Here are all the field research tasks for Halloween 2025 Part 2 (and their rewards):

Catch 10 Pokemon
- Reward: Halloween Pikachu, Halloween Costume Froakie, or Halloween Costume Rowlet encounter

Evolve 3 Pokemon
- Reward: Witch Hat Teddiursa or Headband Noibat encounter

Power up Pokemon 10 Times
- Reward: Gengar, Houndoom, Sableye, Banette, or Absol Mega Energy x25
- Win 3 Raids for an encounter with Spiritomb
If you want to evolve your Teddiursa into Ursaring, you'll need 50 Candy. You'll also need 100 more to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna.
