2021 is almost over and the members of Team GO Rocket are still out there causing trouble for Pokemon GO players from the skies and from PokeStops. Players who take them down are also still able to challenge the various leaders of the villainous organization. Sierra is one of these leaders with a new team for the new month.

In order to get the change to fight Sierra in Pokemon GO, players need to obtain a Rocket Radar. These can be assembled from parts obtained by defeating normal Team GO Rocket Grunts. Once obtained, players can encounter either Sierra, Cliff, or Arlo in one of the usual Team GO Rocket locations.

Sierra's first Pokemon will always be the same, but things start to change up for her second and third Pokemon. Each of them have three Pokemon to choose from, making each unique fight with Sierra different. If players lose to her and rematch her within the same encounter though, she will use the same team.
