You must first possess a Pokemon Scarlet & Violet account in addition to your Pokemon GO account. Once you have it, connect both accounts, exchange items, and get the Coin Bag. After activating the Coin Bag, several Roaming Form Gimmighoul will spawn.
How To Connect Pokemon GO To Scarlet & Violet?
In Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, open the Poke Portal, go to Mystery Gift, and select “Connect to Pokemon GO.” In the GO app, open Settings, scroll to “Nintendo Switch,” and enable pairing. On the Switch, confirm the connection when your Pokemon GO name appears.
