Visit a PokeStop and set up a Lure Module to increase the number of Pokemon appearing nearby.
Use either a Daily Adventure Incense or a regular Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your character.
Joltik receives a Weather Boost during rain, so make sure to be on the lookout for Joltik on a rainy day.
When catching Joltik, you can use a Razz Berry, Silver Pinap Berry, or Golden Razz Berry to increase your chances of catching the Pokemon.
