How To Get Shiny Varsity Jacket Pikachu in Pokemon GO
The official mascot of Pokemon World Championships 2025 in Pokemon GO is Pikachu wearing a varsity Jacket, and this special costumed Pikachu can be shiny. To get it, players need to be extremely lucky and encounter one while claiming the final reward from the Day 3 Twitch Drops, or by encountering one while completing Field Tasks during the World Championships Celebration event.
The chances of this special Pikachu appearing are fairly low, but players can increase them by spinning more PokeStops and completing the following tasks:
- Win a Raid
- Power up Pokemon 15 Times
- Battle in the Go Battle League 5 times
