You can participate in the Pokemon GO Legendary Heroes event from September 26, 2024, at 10 AM Local Time till October 1, 2024, at 8 PM Local Time. The event runs for a week and centers on the theme of Sword Path and Shield Path. You can engage in a Timed Research task that requires them to choose between the Sword or Shield Path. This selection will determine the relevant Collection Challenges and wild Pokemon available through Incense.

The Pokemon GO Legendary Heroes Collection Challenges comprises two different paths: Sword Path and Shield Path. Your path is determined by whatever branch you take in the Legendary Heroes Timed Research: Sword Path or Shield Path. Each of these two paths further has two individual Collection Challenges. The Collection challenges are Catch and Trade focused, which rewards in-game items and encounters with Larvitar, Skwovet, and Deino.
