Pokemon GO's GO Pass is reportedly adding Poke Coins in October 2025, according to some newly surfaced information. The leaked details also outline the rest of the alleged bonuses that Pokemon GO players can look forward to next month.

First introduced in April 2025, GO Pass is Pokemon GO's take on the battle pass system, offering a time-limited progression track with a free tier and an optional $7.99 Deluxe upgrade that comes with extra rewards and faster progression. The ongoing iteration of GO Pass launched on September 2 and is scheduled to be pulled on October 7, at 10am local time.

October 2025 GO Pass Reportedly Features Terrakion Encounter, Poke Coins, and More

With Pokemon GO's September 2025 GO Pass coming to an end, some new information said to be detailing its successor surfaced online, courtesy of Facebook page Furianocturna Go. According to the Spanish-language screenshots shared by the source, the October 2025 GO Pass rewards will be headlined by an encounter with a Terrakion featuring a Tales of Transformation background. Bonus Poke Coins are also said to be part of the package, which would mark their first-ever GO Pass appearance.

A total of 400 Pokemon GO Poke Coins will reportedly be available on the free progression track for October 2025. Conversely, GO Pass Deluxe owners will get 1,400 of them in total, the leak suggests. Other purported extras for paying players include 50 daily gifts, 150 daily Photo Disc spins with rewards, and a gift bag capacity of 40, all unlocked at rank 25. The $7.99 upgrade will also incorporate XL Candies, a Super Incubator, and "additional surprises," as per the same source.

The leaked information makes no mention of the Timed Incubator, an unlimited-use Incubator that Niantic debuted back in September 2025, indicating that this item experiment may not continue moving forward. As for the supposed star of the upcoming battle pass, the Terrakion that players will encounter will reportedly have a chance to be shiny, which is said to be higher for GO Pass Deluxe players. The leaked name of its special background indicates that it's themed after the ongoing Pokemon GO Season 20: Tales of Transformation.

The September 2025 GO Pass was announced six days before launch. If Niantic follows the same pattern, the next one could be detailed on October 1. The newly surfaced leak indicates that the upcoming GO Pass will be available from October 7 to November 4, launching and ending at 10:00am local time.
