Pokemon GO has announced a new Raid Day featuring Hisuian Lilligant, which will take place on July 12. This is yet another event that will take place during the second month of Pokemon GO Season 19, Delightful Days, which kicked off on June 3, 2025, with several additions for players.

One of the main new features of Season 19 is the RSVP Planner, a feature that allows players to organize with each other to participate in Pokemon GO raids. The GO Pass and Eggs-pedition Access have returned, bringing new benefits to trainers in June and July. Wild spawns and Pokemon that can hatch from eggs have been updated, and three new seasonal bonuses are available, one of which doubles the duration of the Daily Incense Adventure. The Delightful Days Season has also featured several exciting events, including the iconic Pokemon GO Fest. Now, the developer reveals another Pokemon GO event that will start in the coming days.

Pokemon GO will hold a Raid Day featuring Hisuian Lilligant on Saturday, July 12, from 2 to 5 pm local time. During this period, players can battle Hisuian Lilligant in raids, with the chance of finding a shiny one. From Friday, July 11, at 5 pm to Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 8 pm PT, the limit for Pokemon GO Remote Raid Passes will be 20, and when spinning Photo Discs, players will get up to five free passes. A $4.99 ticket will grant benefits such as 50% more XP from Raid Battles, and a $4.99 box will give players an event ticket and a Premium Battle Pass.

Lilligant is a Gen 5 Pokemon and the final form of Petilil after being exposed to a Sun Stone. This critter from Unova is one of the pure Grass-type monsters, and its humanoid appearance is very similar to a plant. Lilligant has a red flower on top of its head with a design reminiscent of a crown, and it has linear leaves for arms. In Hisui, when a Petilil evolves into Lilligant, the Pokemon becomes a Grass/Fighting-type with longer legs and arms, and a pink flower on top of its head.

While Lilligant will be the critter for this upcoming Raid Day, it won't be the only Hisuian Pokemon featured in one of the augmented reality game's events. Pokemon GO will add Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark in an event running from June 8 to 13, which will feature other creatures such as Hisuian Growlithe and Hisuian Avalugg in raid battles.
