Pokemon GO introduces many new and recurring events as part of the live-service formula which the game follows. This means that for every new season that makes an arrival in the game, players will have a bunch of new opportunities to explore themed events and challenges, obtain new Pokemon for their Pokedex or battling purposes, and make the most of any limited-time bonuses or boosts that may be available.

During the Dual Destiny Season in Pokemon GO, there are a number of recurring events such as Spotlight Hour, Community Day, and Max Monday taking place. However, in addition to these more familiar events, there are also a number of one-off or more annual events taking place - usually involving Pokemon based around a particular type or theme. An example of these events is Steeled Resolve, which features a number of Steel-Type favorites, among other specimens. A complete list detailing all Pokemon included in this event, as well as all available bonuses during this time has been outlined in the guide below, giving Trainers all the information they'll need to prepare.

Corviknight Spreading Its Wings In A Mountain In Pokemon

In Pokemon GO, the Steeled Resolve event will be available for Trainers to participate in between the dates of January 21, 2025, at 10 AM local time, to January 26, 2025, at 8 PM local time. During the timeframe of this event, players will be able to make the most out of two key event bonuses - one of which enables them to forget the move Frustration on a Shadow Pokemon with a Charged TM, and the other featuring a different set of Pokemon specimens that can be attracted with Magnetic Lure Modules - such as Onix, Rookidee, Shieldon, and Beldum.

All Event Bonuses in Pokemon GO Steeled Resolve

  • You can use a Charged TM to help a Shadow Pokemon forget the Charged Attack Frustration
  • Magnetic Lure Modules will attract different Pokemon during the event, such as Onix, Beldum, Shieldon, and Rookidee
  • 2x Hatch Stardust (Paid Timed Research users only)

In addition to this, there is also a wide variety of different Pokemon that can be encountered and obtained through various methods during Steeled Resolve. Each one of them has been listed below, as well as how they can be obtained, and if there are any possibilities of Trainers potentially encountering a shiny variant of that particular monster.
