Pokemon Legends: Z-A players who pre-ordered the game can now claim a Ralts holding a Gardevoirite, the Mega Stone needed to Mega Evolve a Gardevoir, via Mystery Gift. After making about an hour's worth of headway into Pokemon Legends: Z-A, trainers have until February 28 to add this special Ralts to their budding collections.

Known as the Feeling Pokemon, Ralts first appeared in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire as a rare Psychic-type critter players could encounter early in the game. Ralts and two of its subsequent evolutions, Kirlia and Gardevoir, were reclassified as Psychic and Fairy dual-types in Pokemon X and Y. Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20, then into Gardevoir at level 30. Starting with the sixth Pokemon game generation, Gardevoir was granted a Mega Evolution form. Gardevoir's speed, special attack, and special defense statistics are significantly increased while it remains in its Mega-Evolved state, making it a priority target for trainers to take down.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A DLC Leak Confirms 3 Pokemon's Second Mega Evolution, No Mega Flygon

New Pokemon Legends: Z-A DLC leaks surface online, confirming that 3 Pokemon with existing Megas are getting another, but there is none for Flygon.

Now, Pokemon Legends: Z-A players who pre-ordered the game can access a special bonus. A Ralts holding a Gardevoirite, one of the game's Mega Stones, is now available in Pokemon Legends: Z-A via the game's Mystery Gift function. This unique Ralts will be level 6 and can use the moves Swift, Growl, Disarming Voice, and Confusion in battle. However, Ralts can only be claimed until February 28, 2026. Unlocking the Mystery Gift feature in Pokemon Legends: Z-A requires players to make about 45 to 60 minutes of progress through the game's main story. This step involves catching at least five Pokemon species in the game's tutorial segment, which then unlocks the game's reward and request systems.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A: How to Claim Ralts Pre-Order Bonus

  • Make sure Pokemon Legends: Z-A is on version 1.0.1 or newer.
  • Complete the Tutorial by catching at least five Pokemon species.
  • Connect to the Internet.
  • Select Mystery Gift from the Link Play Menu, then select Get Via Internet.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A players can then connect to the Internet, claim Ralts by selecting Mystery Gift via the Link Play menu, and then picking the "Get Via Internet" option. Only one Ralts can be claimed per save file. However, trainers must also make sure their copy of Pokemon Legends: Z-A is up-to-date before going online. Pokemon Legends: Z-A released its version 1.0.1 update on October 14. Although it is a small, day-one patch, version 1.0.1 is required to access Pokemon Legends: Z-A's online functions, including Mystery Gifts and the Battle Club.

Additionally, trainers who pre-order Pokemon Legends: Z-A on the Nintendo eShop have until March 10, 2026, to claim 100 Poke Balls. Ergo, Pokemon players have a few months to claim their exclusive Mystery Gift bonuses.

Each night, a battle zone for the competition will appear. Prepare yourself by spending the day in wild zones, catching and training Pokémon, then venture into the battle zone and take on other Trainers.

Be strategic and complete bonus card challenges as you battle to speed up your climb from Rank Z to Rank A. Can you climb the ranks and reach the top?
