Up until November 5, Pokemon Legends: Z-A players can still participate in the first season of Ranked Battles. This will be a unique opportunity to earn Greninjite, the item necessary to mega evolve Greninja into Mega Greninja. While not guaranteed, it’s possible that the item may return in the future, though, as has happened previously with other seasonal rewards in Pokemon games.

pokemon legends z-a review

To play in Pokemon Legends: Z-A’ s Ranked Battles, gamers have to launch the game, press the X Button, select “Link Play” and then “Ranked Battles.” Everyone starts at Rank Z and can increase the ranking by beating opponents or performing specific actions during combat. All Pokemon from Lumiose Pokedex from numbers 001 to 229 are eligible to use, and will automatically be set to Lv.50 regardless of their current level.

Hopefully, the Ranked Battle seasons will continue to be popular as gamers gain access to new Mega Evolutions and valuable items. Pokemon Legends: Z-A gained positive reviews, but many critics noted how tiny the game’s map was. Multiplayer will be an excellent way to keep the title popular for a longer period of time.
