Hyperspace Wild Zones are the main way of acquiring Mega Dimension DLC Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. However, every Hyperspace Zone only has a maximum of three Pokemon that can appear inside it, which may lead to frustration for players who are looking to obtain a specific Pokemon to add to their party.
Fortunately, players can easily reroll all current Hyperspace Wild Zones that are active in Lumiose City using a certain method. Unlike regular Wild Zones present in the base game, the Hyperspace Wild Zones are not static and can disappear over time. This guide details exactly how to reset the Pokemon available in these areas to make Pokemon hunting a lot less time consuming. Here’s the breakdown.

How to Reroll Hyperspace Wild Zones in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Hyperspace Wild Zones can be rerolled by changing the time of day by resting at a bench in Pokemon Legends: Z-A’ s Mega Dimension DLC. Every time the world state shifts from day to night or night to day, all Hyperspace Wild Zones currently active in the world are rerolled, appearing in new locations across Lumiose City.
Hyperspaces that are related to Side Missions and Main Missions are static and do not change with the time of day.
Each Hyperspace Wild Zone has a set Pokemon type that dictates what Pokemon appear inside of it. When the time of day changes, these typings are also rerolled. This method can be used to obtain Mega Dimension DLC-exclusive Pokemon like
Charcadet,
Scovillain,
Sirfetch’d, and others.
If, for example, you are looking for a Mankey to evolve it into Annihilape, you will want to use a bench to “Kill some time here” over and over again. Each time you do so, open the map, press the minus (-) button on your Joy-Con to only display Hyperspace Wild Zones, and check if a Fighting-type Zone with a Mankey has spawned in. If it hasn’t, wait at the bench repeatedly until it appears.
The star rank of a Hyperspace Wild Zone dictates what tier of Pokemon can appear in it. Pokemon like
Zangoose, that only appear in 2-Star Hyperspaces, will never appear in a 1-Star, no matter how many times you reroll.
