A talented Pokemon artist shows an impressive Mega Evolution concept for one of the most popular creatures in this universe, Charizard. Unlike regular evolutions, Mega Evolutions can temporarily transform Pokemon, changing their appearance and improving their performance in battle, among other benefits.

As an evolution of Charmander, one of the original starters from Pokemon Red and Blue, this Charizard has been part of the franchise for almost three decades. Being one of the most popular Pokemon in the community, Charizard has often been featured in various types of artworks in which fans let their imagination run wild.

A talented Pokemon artist who goes by the name JUST_DRAWINGS709 has shared a concept in which they show their take on the Charizard Mega Evolution Z. The new concept shows Charizard with a unique color theme and additional features that distinguish it from the original Mega Evolutions, Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y. The fan-made Charizard has a predominantly dark body with a contrasting bright green underbelly and wings. The iconic tail flame has also been changed from the traditional red/orange color to a green fire which could indicate a different type of alignment, such as Dragon or Poison-type, instead of the typical Fire/Flaying-type that is present in the official Mega Evolutions.
