The main storyline of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk DLC will take you to Blueberry Academy. There are four trainers you'll need to take down in the Terarium that are part of the BB Elite Four. You'll eventually face off against Amarys and her team of (mostly) Steel-type Pokemon in the Canyon Biome.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet - Indigo Disk DLC: How to Make a Super-Spicy Sandwich and Beat Crispin
You can learn how to complete Crispin's Elite Trial in The Indigo Disk DLC by using this handy guide.
Amarys' Flying Time Trial (The Indigo Disk DLC)
Once you make it to the Canyon Plaza and speak to the receptionist, you'll have to pony up 50 BP to start Amarys' Elite Trial. The first part of the trial is called the Flying Time Trial, in which you must fly in the sky with Miraidon/Koraidon and reach the goal before time runs out.
Flying through the rings of Magnemite will grant you extra time on the clock. Luckily, this trial is probably the easiest of the bunch, not requiring much effort. Getting through each ring should pose no issues and really shouldn't take you more than one attempt. Once this task comes to a close, you can now battle against Amarys.
How to Beat Amarys in The Indigo Disk DLC (Roster, Moves, and Weaknesses)
Bringing Fire, Electric, and Fighting-type Pokemon into the Elite Four battle with Amarys is highly recommended. The high-ranking trainer has the Steel typing for five of the six Pokemon on her team, which are weak to Fire. The only Pokemon not weak to Fire are Empoleon and Reuniclus.
Here's a rundown of Amarys' team in The Indigo Disk DLC, providing info on their weaknesses and movesets:

After defeating Amarys, you'll get the Hard Press TM (Technical Machine). The more HP the target has left, the more damage this Steel-type attack will do.
