How to Make a Bitter Sandwich

As players continue their Blueberry Quests (BBQs), they’ll get the task of making a Bitter Sandwich. The best way to make this sandwich is to use bitter ingredients. The go-to choice would be the Bitter Herba Mystica, but it's not wise to waste this premium ingredient just to make a sandwich.

Listed below are all the bitter ingredients in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that players can use to make a Bitter Sandwich.

Cucumber
Red Bell Pepper
Green Bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
Smoked Fillet
Fried Fillet
Lettuce
Olive Oil
Basil

All of these food items can be found in various shops in Paldea’s town or the Central Plaza. They might also be available in vending machines near rest stops.

The easiest way to make a Bitter Sandwich is to use cucumbers and olive oil. These ingredients are available at the Aquiesta Supermarket in Levincia. A Cucumber costs 130 Pokemon dollars, while Olive Oil can be purchased for 300 Pokemon Dollars.

To make a Bitter Sandwich, simply set up a picnic spot in a field, interact with the table, and select Custom Sandwich. Next, toss some cucumbers and olive oil onto the bread. You can also add some bell peppers and basil to make the sandwich even more bitter.
