Malamar - Using the following EV Spread: 252 HP/252 Sp. Def/Sp. Atk 4 - Use 'Skill Swap' to turn Hydreigon's Levitate into Contrary, then use Calm Mind to raise Malamar's Sp Atk, then use Stored Power to blast Hydreigon. If Hydreigon causes too much damage to Malamar, use Rest to recover. Cheer while Malamar sleeps to recover or boost. Terastalize to break shield and repeat the strategy until it's defeated.
