Throughout February, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will host a Flying-Tera Eevee distribution event in honor of Pokemon Day 2025. However, this Eevee distribution event is only available to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players who visit GameStop and Best Buy stores in the US, Best Buy and Toys R Us in Canada, and EB Games in Australia and New Zealand.
Known as the Evolution Pokemon, Eevee has appeared in every mainline series entry since Pokemon Red and Blue. It was also the box art mascot and namesake of 2018's Pokemon Let's Go, Eevee. Eevee can evolve into one of eight Pokemon, such as Vaporeon and Espeon, collectively called Eeveelutions. Additionally, Eevee is known for its versatility in battle and adorable brown-furred appearance. This charming appeal has endeared the Evolution Pokemon to trainers for nearly three decades, which has resulted in fan-made creations dedicated to Eevee and its subsequent Eeveelution forms.

As Pokemon Day 2025 fast approaches, some Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can soon claim a special Eevee for their collections. According to Serebii.net, a Flying-Tera Eevee distribution event for Pokemon Day 2025 will begin on Friday, February 7. The distribution will end on Thursday, February 27, on Pokemon Day itself. This special Eevee will be level 25 and have the moves Hyper Voice, Swift, Sunny Day, and Tera Blast. However, the Eevee event will only be held at GameStop and Best Buy locations in the US, alongside Best Buy and Toys R Us in Canada, and will be exclusive to EB Games in Australia and New Zealand. This will be the first in-person distribution at GameStop locations since October 2023, when Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players could claim an Electric-Tera Mimikyu. Serial codes will be handed out in stores while supplies last. After obtaining a code for a Flying-Tera Eevee, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can redeem it in-game via Mystery Gift.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: Flying-Tera Eevee Distribution Details (February 2025)

The Flying-Tera Eevee distribution will run alongside another Pokemon Scarlet and Violet limited-time event. From February 13 to 16, Pokemon trainers can battle and catch Milcery in Five-Star Tera Raid dens throughout the Paldea region. This version of Milcery will be level 75 and have various Tera types to pick from. Players who clear the new Five-Star Tera Raid challenge will be rewarded with Sweets that can evolve Milcery into Alcremie and other handy items.
This year's Pokemon Day will celebrate the franchise's 29th anniversary. Given that a Pokemon Presents broadcast on February 27 is inevitable, only time will tell what surprises await Pokemon trainers throughout the year.
