After starting Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's The Teal Mask DLC, players will be whisked away to an entirely new region close to Paldea called Kitakami (it even has its own Pokedex). One of the first places that players will travel to is Mossui Town in the middle of the region. This is also where trainers will find the Community Center.

Look north (or to the backside) of the Community Center to find a pair of NPCs with orange-colored text boxes hovering over them.

What is the Lovey Dovey Pokemon?

Maushold Pokemon

There are two Pokemon that can satisfy the requirements for the couple's request: Tandemaus and Maushold. These two 'Couple' Normal-type Pokemon resemble mice and can be obtained from both regions. However, only Tandemaus can be found as a wild spawn, but Maushold can be evolved from Tandemaus after reaching level 25. Luckily, both Pokemon can be shown to the couple to reap the benefits.

To find a Tandemaus, look in the following locations. The first image is Paldea, and the second is Kitakami:

Rewards from the Lovey Dovey Couple

After they see the mice Pokemon for themselves, the lovely couple will reward players with the Heart (Right) and Heart (Left) Emotes.

To perform emotes in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, players just need to press the up button on the directional pad and then choose one of the emotes from the list. Try using emotes while playing online with friends and then take snapshots to save the memories forever.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch.
