The quirky lifestyle-focused mobile game Pokemon Sleep features a weekly encounter with the grandiose gourmand Snorlax, which players will interact with and raise its power through their own good sleep and by regularly feeding it meals. The Snorlax emits Drowsy Power, drawing nearby Pokemon to sleep, which then attracts other Pokemon to sleep nearby. The variety and rarity of Pokemon that appear are influenced by Snorlax’s Strength rating.
Snorlax's rating improves throughout the week as you enhance its Strength by feeding it berries throughout the day and feeding it meals at specific times. The combination of Snorlax’s Strength and your Sleep Score, which reflects your sleep quality, amplifies its Drowsy Power. This, in turn, draws in additional and rarer Pokemon. Here are all the cooking recipes you can make to increase Snorlax’s Drowsy Power and attract rare Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep.
How to Cook in Pokemon Sleep
To cook meals in Pokemon Sleep, you need to interact with the Cooking Pot at your camp. You will unlock the Cooking Pot after you have registered 12 different sleeping styles in the Sleep Style Dex. You won’t be able to use the pot or cook using recipes until you reach this first milestone, which typically takes about a week, depending on your luck and Snorlax's Drowsy Power.
Before you have unlocked the Cooking Pot, you can only poke Snorlax and use the "Auto Cook" feature when prompted to prepare a dish. After unlocking the Cooking Pot, you can follow known recipes and experiment with ingredients to discover new ones. Each new recipe you learn is added to your recipe list.
You should concentrate on preparing known recipes using the highest quality ingredients, which can create an Extra Tasty dish offering increased benefits. Expanding the size of your Cooking Pot allows you to include more ingredients and prepare better meals. You can increase the size of your Cooking Pot by reaching specific Sleep Style milestones and spending Dream Shards in Pokemon Sleep.
Every Monday, you'll start with a new Snorlax and work on boosting its Drowsy Power. During the week, there's a 10% chance of making an Extra Tasty meal. This chance rises to 30% on Sunday, optimizing Drowsy Power to attract the best Pokemon overnight, before you part with that week's Snorlax the next day.
Pokemon Sleep: Every Ingredient (& How to Find It)
Pokemon Sleep players need ingredients to make different dishes for Snorlax, and here is how they can find every single one of them.
When to Feed Snorlax in Pokemon Sleep
Three times per day, your Snorlax will let you know it's mealtime by displaying a bubble over its head indicating the current meal period:
- Breakfast: 6:00am - 12:00pm
- Lunch: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Dinner: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Make sure to check in with Snorlax regularly so you can feed it all three meals for the maximum Strength increase each day. Additionally, throughout the day, give Snorlax berries collected by your assigned Helper Pokemon for minor Strength gains.

Pokemon Sleep Full Meal Recipe List
In Pokemon Sleep, each week's Snorlax has specific meal preferences, limiting you to preparing meals of those categories. For instance, you might encounter a Snorlax that prefers only curries and stews one week, and the next week's Snorlax might want only salads. Below is a list of all the cooking recipes that you can prepare and offer to Snorlax each day in Pokemon Sleep, sorted by the base Strength they each meal provides.
