Pokemon Sleep tends to follow a live-service format, meaning the game continues to introduce new updates and limited-time events for players to enjoy. These events and updates typically implement new content such as additional Pokemon that can be found, new areas for you to utilize during Sleep Research, new limited-time purchases, items, bonuses, and more.

All Flower Seeds & Their Effects in Pokemon Sleep
In Pokemon Sleep's 2025 2nd Anniversary Event, a new item known as Festive Flowers was added into the game. These items are only available during ongoing events, and when they bloom, they will activate a special reward bonus for the remainder of the event. However, for a Flower to bloom, you will first need to plant one of your Flower Seeds. Following this, the next day that you log in to Pokemon Sleep or complete Sleep Research, the Flower will have bloomed and will be ready to offer you a bonus.
There are five different Flowers and Flower Seeds available to plant and grow in Pokemon Sleep. These variants are listed under various colors, and each carries a specific bonus. A complete list of every flower and the bonus it offers has been detailed below:

Players can plant their choice of seed in any order that they wish. However, it is important to note that the recommended Seed plant order has been thoroughly discussed within the game's community. The most popular consensus regarding value comes from implementing the following three Flowers at different stages of the event, with room to add others in between them on the off days.
- Early Week: Blue Seed (This effect will last throughout each day of the week).
- Mid-Week: Red Seed (This effect is perfect at around the mid-week mark, as your Drowzy Power would have increased).
- Late Week: White Seed (Grants a Neutralizing Mint. This item removes the effects a Pokemon has on its helping stats, making it handy to snag at the end and save for later).
