The GBA case is clear, and has been sealed around a Venusaur card that's been split in half, with one half of the card on either side of the case. The Venusaur card in question originates from the Pokemon TCG Scarlet and Violet 151 Expansion, which featured Gen 1 Pokemon like Bulbasaur's evolutionary line.
According to artemislayout, Pokemon LeafGreen was the first video game they ever played, making it a memorable title worth celebrating for them. According to the user, they utilized a custom mirror shell and had to use a soldering iron for the first time in order to set up the internal components inside the shell. However, they also note that fans who are interested in doing the same don't necessarily have to use a soldering iron as long as they're comfortable with always using the unit at middle-level screen brightness.
Celebrating the Pokemon TCG
Some fans in the comments were very positive about the creation, with a handful seemingly inspired to do something similar for themselves. However, others were a bit upset to see a Pokemon card treated this way. While this particular Venusaur card is nowhere near as valuable as some of the most expensive Pokemon cards in existence, it's nonetheless been destroyed to utilize in this fashion, which bothers some fans. With that said, one fan pointed out that Pokemon cards get destroyed or lost all the time by accident, so at least this one is being used in a way that will make the owner happy.

Whether fans break down a card to use it in a creation like this or keep theirs tidily protected and tucked away, the game's persisting appeal and widespread fanbase is nothing to scoff at.
