Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket increases the variety of cards that are available to collect in-game through new expansions, which are added every so many months. As the complete card list continues to grow, there are more options to consider when it comes to building decks to use for battle for PvP or in-game events and challenges.
Shining Revelry is the first Pokemon TCG Pocket set to feature card art with shiny Pokemon, similar to the likes of the Paldean Fates and Shining Fates set from the physical Pokemon TCG. With the arrival of this expansion, a number of standout Pokemon have become available to utilize in deck builds both with other new monsters, as well as cards that have been in the game for much longer. Meowscarada is one such card, which has become a notable threat to all other ex cards in the game. To assist you in crafting the best Meowscarada deck, a complete guide and card list have been outlined below.

There's a lot of currencies thrown at you once you start your card-collecting journey in Pokemon TCG Pocket --let's teach you what it all means.
Best Meowscarada Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket, Explained
Meowscarada has emerged as a powerful new ace for Grass Type Decks, carrying a solid 140 HP for a non-ex card, and being able to attack to deal up to 130 damage with only 2 Energy being attached. This attack, Fighting Claws, will deal 60 damage on a base level, but ramp up to 130 against any opposition that happens to be an ex card. This poses a nice threat to a meta that often heavily relies on/utilizes one or more ace Pokemon in the top decks, giving Meowscarada some nice impact.
Exeggutor ex operates as a nice secondary Pokemon in this deck, as it is also a strong attacker. As Exeggutor ex is only a second-stage evolution, Exeggcute and Exeggutor ex make a strong lead while you set up Meowscarada on the bench. It has the huge advantage of only needing one Energy to attack and is capable of dealing a minimum of 40 damage, and a maximum of 80 damage, from this attack. This is more than enough to knock out almost any early-mid stage non-ex Pokemon in one or two turns, as well as being enough to make a heavy dent in many opposing ex cards.
Lastly, the deck is supplied with notable Items/Supporter cards. Erika can provide solid healing for Grass Types, helping to keep Meowscarada and/or Exeggutor ex in play. Iono helps to disrupt the opponent from setting up their strategy and getting key cards into play. Giant Cape and Rocky Helmet help sustain Meowscarada and Exeggutor whilst in the active spot, and Leaf helps reduce Retreat Cost to make that smooth switch between Exeggutor and Meowscarada as needed.
