Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket will be releasing its new Extradimensional Crisis booster pack on Thursday, May 29. Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket launched last year and was an instant commercial success. Many Pokemon fans continue to log in to Pokemon TCG Pocket on a daily basis to open their free booster packs, enjoy online multiplayer battles, trade with friends, and claim Wonder Picks.
The main way Pokemon TCG Pocket has kept fans engaged is through regularly releasing new content. Pokemon TCG Pocket adds fresh booster packs to open on a regular basis, to the point where some fans have actually voiced concerns that the release cadence is almost overwhelming. However, it's a proven formula, with the next booster pack coming to Pokemon TCG Pocket on Thursday, May 29.
Pokemon TCG Pocket's Meta Gengar Deck Isn't What You'd Expect
Pokemon TCG Pocket players finally have a meta Gengar deck to build, but it may not be exactly what they expect.
Pokemon TCG Pocket's next booster pack is Extradimensional Crisis. When it arrives on May 29, it will give Pokemon TCG Pocket players the chance to collect cards based on the Ultra Beasts that were first introduced in the Pokemon Sun and Moon games, with Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex all making their way to the mobile game, among others. The booster pack will feature other Pokemon from the Alola region, including Type: Null.

The release of Pokemon TCG Pocket's Extradimensional Crisis themed-booster pack will be great news for fans that like collecting new cards, though those that have yet to catch up may get a little anxious about the announcement. While it is technically possible to collect almost every card in the game completely free of charge, Pokemon TCG Pocket realistically requires a big money investment for those that want to truly 100% the game.
Pokemon TCG Pocket players may want to save their hourglasses for Extradimensional Crisis' drop on May 29. Alternatively, they may want to use up their available points and hourglasses on existing booster packs if they would rather try to keep up with Pokemon TCG Pocket's super-fast release cadence. Needless to say, Pokemon TCG Pocket fans can expect plenty more cards to collect in the months and years ahead.
