Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 features several locations throughout the player's journey to find and defeat the Doctor and put an end to his plans. After escaping the freezing gas chamber, players will enter into a morgue testing room for toys. As soon as you try to open one of the locked doors in the room using the Hand Scanner, it'll get frozen in place by the freezing gas. It was the Doctor's trap all along, and it's up to the players' wit to escape the morgue.

How to Release the Blue Hand from the Scanner in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4

As the Blue Hand from the Grab Pack is frozen in place, you cannot activate the terminal in the morgue to stop the freezing gas. However, there's another Blue Hand suspended on the drawers on top. You'll somehow need to use it to stop the flow of freezing gas to release your hand.

First, you'll need to activate the saw blade using a battery. You can find the battery in the cold storage locker number 2, right under the saw blade. Pick up the battery and insert it into the saw machine to activate it.

Now you'll need to drag the saw blade towards the wire connecting to the suspended Blue Hand to cut it. Once the wire is cut, the Blue Hand will drop to the ground. Pick it up to use at the terminal to release your hand from the Doctor's freezing trap.

Destroying the Doctor's Lungs in Containment

Activating the terminal won't only just release your hand from the Hand Scanner, but also unlock the door beside it. Enter the room to find one of the Doctor's organs, the lungs, inside a containment unit. The goal is to harm the doctor, so this would be a good place to start.

Head back to the terminal, and you'll spot a yellow plug beside the monitor. Grab and pull the plug and drag it into the room with the containment unit. Insert the plug into the holder right under the containment unit to electrocute the lungs, which will eventually destroy them.

Once the Doctor's lungs are destroyed, players will be able to leave via the newly opened door and head to the next area in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.
