New PowerWash Simulator DLC Is A Unique Collaboration
As of right now, there is no strict release date for the upcoming collaboration with the famous Wallace and Gromit studio, with the Steam page for the DLC revealing a launch window in March without any more specific information. In any case, though, the pack seems to be going all in on the aesthetics, as it even features alternate costumes and powerwasher skins for players to immerse themselves in the world of the animated films.
This is far from the first pop culture collaboration the game has done, either, as there have been several PowerWash Simulator DLCs based on series like Final Fantasy and Tomb Raider in the past, among several others. Developer FuturLab even frequently releases free content packs for the game offering brand-new levels and items, such as last year's holiday pack.
In fact, Wallace and Gromit studio Aardman Animations has a history with video games as well, with multiple video game tie-ins having released based on its films, and several of its characters showing up in other titles.
