The feat is that he detects suppressed haki. Shanks and Luffy and the others can detect unleased haki from far away like they detected Greenbull from far away. Not to mention Usopp and Van Augur's haki who can see pressence far away.

I think Gaban has the same haki as Enel, except Enel's feat is more impressive because he can actually hear what people talk about. Ofc Enel DF is a great help for his haki.

Although kraken seems very possible because octopus has 3 hearts, but the legends doesn't exactly give kraken any mythical powers except for being big. That would be a waste for Balckbeard to eat. But if the fruit gives him the ability to regrow limbs, that might be good since he doesn't really have intangibility from his logia fruit.
