See AllNew Charge Could Put Johnny Somali in Jail for Decades
South Korean Law is not like US law. Ismael is already a guilty convict for 3 jail time only offences against South Korea! So him spending time behind bars is a given now, and as certain as water being wet! And time to be served gets harsher and harsher the more Ramsey commits more and more new crimes before sentencing occurs. Threatening harm to the judge's family also didn't help his case or sentencing time limit to be imposed! So while he may not get all 36 possible years at this point, he may get at least 20+ years! And that's only if he stops acting like an immature man-baby and continuing to commit even more crimes while he awaits the finish of his current docket of offences and subsequent sentencing.
New Charge Could Put Johnny Somali in Jail for Decades
With 3 guilty pleadings in now for jail-able offences, Ramsey Khalid Ismael is now confirmed as going to jail, as no leeway is available to the courts anymore in regards to at least three of the convictions, nor are retractions of the pleadings possible either. On two of the other convictions, a fine or 30 days in jail are both options, but with Ismael's continuing lawbreaking in South Korea, as well as threatening harm to the family of the judge presiding over his case, its looking more and more likely that a prolonged stay in jail is what is in Ramsey's future; up to 15 years plus either 60 days or a fine. There are two Deep Fake charges that Khalid as plead Not-Guilty to, each of which is worth 10.5 years a piece, so now this trial will likely take until 2026 to resolve out fully. And as long as RKI is still allowed to run free, he'll continue to commit crimes!, and until he is sentenced and finally hauled off to jail, more charges are still set to be laid in Johnny Salami's case, which also means longer and stiffer sentencing at the end of it all!
