Starscourge greatsword is bad... Really bad! The only readiming quality is the weapon art. It's a weapon that does no poise damage, since you're dualwielding it, you don't get the extra str and it's the shortest colossal weapon in game. The moveset is mid, at best. And, with strong/charged attacks, it only sings 1 of the swords. So yeah, the only reason to use it over, let's say, a moonlight greatsword, is because you want to make the game harder for yourself.
