Unfortunately, downloading from the app has not worked for me because when you go to launch the game it says that you don’t own the license and it links you back to the MS store. I tried MS support but they referred me back to EA. I have tried contacting EA numerous times but they have been completely unresponsive. So many of us who paid $140 US are unable to play the game in any fashion. Since we essentially paid for this time with the game we are literally not getting what we paid for. Which was early access time with the game. I believe since we are not getting that time back we should receive compensation in meaningful fashion. Not MUT silliness or some cosmetic but something of equal value to the time we have lost.
